If you are looking for an easy place to farm tons of souls - grinding in the Darkroot Basin behind the Crest door seems to be really effective. The sorcerer alone gives 2000 souls and he is so, so weak. The guys with hidden body got me the first time… never again. Just been training down there leveling up. Can’t wait to play again tonight…
Killing these people from what I’m aware of will dramatically increase your amount of sins. If you’ve grinded a lot in this spot, check with Oswald of Carim in the Undead Parish… I don’t think it really makes much of a difference though.
